Who we are

All our production of Wine and Olive OIl
is organic, Icea certified under UE, ITBIOICA.

Giorgio and Alda, the proprietors, have chosen
a limited production of high quality Wines and Olive Oil.
Their priority is a farming technique that fully respects the environment,
using traditional methods combined with continuing research and innovation.

'Concentrating on the Vine and olive plants means also
going back to our mediterranean roots and the culture of this place.
The work on the plants is the result of our research on the unicity
of this part of Tuscany'

The scrupolous attention to the all productive process
highlights the contribution of sensibility and knowledge
